Welcome to StatuteOps (statuteops.tech). These Terms of Service govern the provision of legal operations solutions, informational products, and goods by StatuteOps. By engaging our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Professional Services

We deliver advisory and support services related to company compliance, process management, and contractual oversight. Engagements commence upon acceptance of a service agreement and payment of the specified fee.

Cancellations and Refunds: Clients may request a refund within 7 days of signing the service agreement, provided substantive work has not begun. Once work is underway, we offer credit toward future services instead of a refund. To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit due to allocated resources.

2. Infoproducts

Infoproducts include digital courses, templates, and downloadable guides. Purchases may be refunded within 14 days if no access or download has occurred. To request a refund, visit our contact form. After 14 days or following any access, all sales are final and not eligible for a refund.

3. Physical Goods

Physical goods offered by StatuteOps are eligible for a refund or replacement if reported damaged or defective within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, submit images and a description via the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Replacement items will be shipped at no extra charge.

4. Refund Policy

All refund requests undergo a review process. Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method. Processing time is up to 14 days from approval. Where appropriate, you may choose a credit toward future offerings. Services that specify a non-refundable status—due to dedicated personnel engagement or administrative commitments—are not eligible for a refund. Such conditions will be clearly stated in the service agreement.

5. Amendments and Governing Law

StatuteOps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar.
